Finding Fit Moving

Longing for Spring

The Holy Grail
Last night I went to a cheese & beer tasting at a new chic restaurant downtown. Fun! But how do you handle this on Weight watchers? No clue actually. The cheese chunks were HUGE and the beer samples were ample. These beers were not Miller Lite either. They packed a flavorful punch, which in turns means liquid calories.

5% Goal: Eye on the Prize
So I typically reward myself with food. Probably how I got the situation I’m in now. So it’s hard for me to find a material thing to reward myself with.

Portion Size Struggles
