The Grocery List (Trader Joe’s Edition)

Polenta Provencale: 3 Weight Watcher points per serving

This pasta dish is one of my all time favorites for lunch. I have it over a bed of brown rice. The trick here is to come home from TJ and divide the bag into the 4ish or so servings right away. I store these servings in ziplock bags in the freezer and then when making my lunch it’s easy to grab one and a serving of frozen rice and pop it in the microwave at noon. It’s got a little kick to it, but it’s not too much (and I’m a spice wimp!).

You can find this in the frozen section at Trader Joe’s. Yum!
