The Holy Grail
Last night I went to a cheese & beer tasting at a new chic restaurant downtown. Fun! But how do you handle this on Weight watchers? No clue actually. The cheese chunks were HUGE and the beer samples were ample. These beers were not Miller Lite either. They packed a flavorful punch, which in turns means liquid calories.

I didn’t handle it right. That’s for sure. I drank and ate it all! I loved every second of it. However I’ve had stomach issues all night and morning due to the mass amount of rich food. (Ew. Gross!)
Trying to figure out how to continue to live my life. Continue to enjoy my life. And continue to lose weight. The holy grail of weight loss.
